Sharing and Persevering

                                         
                                          Elijah and Charlie were sharing the robots.

 We are sharing the felts and crayons.

We are busy making masks. We need to use our "Charge" powers to help us to concentrate on our careful cutting .

Look at Roya and Nica. They are using their "Charge" powers to paint their beautiful feathers for our korowai.They have chosen special colours and are taking lots of care. 

The feathers show that they are a part of our Pihipihinga family.

We worked together to solve puzzles. We shared our thinking and worked out where to place the pieces.

Areeb used the blocks to make an aeroplane . He persevered for a long time to make the shapes he wanted to use.

Taking turns and managing self

Charlotte asked Tairea if she could please have a turn on the digger. Tairea said "Yes", and hopped off after a few seconds - Great Work!!

 Everyone wanted to play with the magic sand today. We all took turns and worked nicely along side each other.

Momo played a lovely game with her dinosaur. The dinosaur had to collect the food to put in the store room.

We were charging up our battery by sharing the paint and waiting for a turn. We also had to manage ourselves so that we didn't get paint everywhere

Sometimes it can be tricky taking turns but we are working really hard to charge our batteries with patience when we play with each other.
